We analyzed 273 of the latest lease specials to find February’s best car lease deals. The best new car lease deals feature incentives that you can’t get when buying and can offer programs like loyalty discounts and special price cuts for switching from another car brand.
The best cars to lease in February have payments as low as $149 per month. In many cases, the deals below offer a way to spend less money on a nicer vehicle by taking advantage of aggressive 2025 incentives. Electric cars continue to offer incredibly good lease specials.
Since these are manufacturer lease examples and actual prices are determined by dealers based on supply and demand, be sure to shop around to get the best lease prices. The selection may be limited and offers can sometimes vary depending on where you live.

The refreshed IONIQ 5 is already a top lease deal. Through March 3rd, the 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5 SE Standard Range can be leased for an effective monthly cost of only $366. Per a dealer incentive bulletin, the first lease deal on the revamped SUV includes a whopping $10,000 manufacturer incentive.
Though the example is for Southern California, we’re seeing similar prices elsewhere. Looking to save even more? Hyundai is offering an extra $1,000 off in the form of a conquest cash incentive when coming from a competing brand. With the additional savings, the EV’s effective cost could approach $300 a month.
If you don’t need the latest and greatest, the 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 has a $40 per month advantage in price with a lease payment of only $159 per month. We still consider that to be among the best EVs to lease. Be sure to ask your dealer about a Hyundai Single Pay lease which could get an even better deal.

As of last month, those in ZEV States like Colorado, New Jersey, New York, and Oregon can get the same deals.
With a $1,000 lease loyalty discount (or conquest offer if you come from another brand), the Prologue’s effective cost can be as low as $278 per month. Without loyalty, the price is about $30 more expensive. In non-ZEV States, it’s $299 with $1,399 at signing (or $269 with loyalty). The offer ends on March 3rd.

The 2024 Subaru Solterra remains the brand’s cheapest vehicle to lease. With an effective monthly cost of $287, it undercuts the 2025 Subaru Crosstrek ($386) by $99 per month. When you consider the fact that the Solterra’s MSRP is nearly $20,000 more expensive, we think this represents a massive upgrade.
The example here is for California and New York. Elsewhere, we’re seeing $329 with $329 at signing. This is a no-money-down lease that covers your acquisition fee and requires no down payment. The amount at signing represents the first month’s payment. The offer ends on February 28th.
While the Solterra doesn’t have the fastest charging speeds, it does come standard with all-wheel drive and has a range of up to 228 miles depending on the trim. At $287 per month when factoring in the payment and amount due at signing in Socal, the Solterra is cheaper to lease than a 2024 Toyota bZ4X ($296).
