2024 Genesis G80

Though maybe not featuring as prestigious of a badge as some of the other models on the list, the 2024 Genesis G80 is certainly a big contender for this year’s luxury sedan segment lineup. Also moving with the times as a company that is thinking of market trends, Genesis also released the Electrified Genesis G80.
With an impressively large front grille, and proudly boasting the Genesis badge, the 2024 G80 is taking on the competition with style. A long and low stance is only complemented by the luxuriously crafted interior. Cons

The extremely powerful V-6 under the hood is made even better by the use of Active Fuel Management which gives the CT5-V a combined gas mileage rating of 21 miles per gallon. 62024 Jaguar XF
MSRP: $49,800 – $53,500

The 2024 Jaguar XF is the most exclusive mid-size luxury sedan on sale today. The latest release from the XF family, which has been around since 2008, is marking another luxury year with this year’s model. Some may say it is outdated and the ‘old boy’ of the group, and, indeed, you won’t get all the fancy tech that you may get as standard compared to other cars on the list, but it is still a glossy and beautifully built beast.
Featuring the characteristically luxurious demeanor that you’d expect from a Jaguar sedan, it boasts metal Jaguar imprinted metal tread plates, satin-chrome gearshift paddles, hill launch assist, the Pivi Pro infotainment system, and an 11.4-inch touchscreen as standard.
Performance Specifications
Engine | Turbocharged 2.0-Liter Inline-Four |
Transmission | Eight-Speed Shiftable Automatic |
Horsepower | 246 Horsepower |
Torque | 296 Pound-Feet |
Driveline | Rear-Wheel Drive |

It seems that the old boy still has some tricks up his sleeve when it comes to showing its competitors a thing or two about luxury and comfort for a reasonable price in a world dominated by rising prices.
Pros
- The Jaguar badge is prestigious.
- Sleek and aggressive exterior design courtesy of Ian Callum, still looks the business.
- A twelve-speaker Meridian sound system comes as standard.
Cons
- Could be seen as a little dated compared to others in the segment.
- Could benefit from a super-charged engine.
