Although best known for creating exhilarating driving experiences, Porsche also knows how to produce dependable cars and SUVs. Beyond their thrilling first impressions, every Porsche model showcases excellent engineering and build quality, contributing factors to the automaker’s 175 PP100 score from J.D. Power. The iconic 911 is Porsche’s best-known vehicle, but the 718 Boxster received the study’s top honor as the most dependable car this year. Other Porsche models include the Macan and Cayenne SUVs, and the Panamera and Taycan sedans, all of which are integrating electrification to increasing degrees. Even though they don’t have conventionally sporty form factors, those models nevertheless embody Porsche’s legendary athleticism and quality.

Best known for its classic Cooper Hardtop hatchback, the Mini lineup also encompasses the cheery Cooper Convertible and larger Countryman crossover. Mini’s all-electric models seem ideal for zipping through dense urban environments, even if short driving range limits road trip capability.
