2022–2023 Genesis GV80 – Midsize Luxury SUV
Pros: A distinctly Genesis interior boasts exquisite materials, creative styling, and a roomy layout. There’s plenty of tech inside the GV80, including an eye-catching 14.5-inch touchscreen. Great safety ratings sweeten the deal.
Cons: Ride quality feels brittle for a luxury vehicle. Both GV80 powertrains are a bit coarse, while the base turbo-four sometimes feels like it doesn’t make enough grunt for such a large SUV.

2023 Lexus UX – Subcompact Luxury SUV
Pros: A great little car for urban dwellers, the Lexus UX is one of the best used luxury SUVs for 2025. Every variant is a hybrid, allowing it to achieve commendable fuel economy. Outstanding safety scores make it even more compelling. Boasting distinct material choices and high-end upholstery colors, this baby ute’s interior is properly premium. The cabin finally gets a touchscreen, too, as Lexus does away with the infotainment system’s previous touchpad interface.
Cons: Driving dynamics are nothing to write home about. Every variant is slow, power delivery can be unrefined, and it rides on the stiff side unless equipped with the available adaptive suspension. Second-row headroom and legroom as well as cargo capacity are squeezed.

2021 Lexus NX – Compact Luxury SUV
Pros: Lexus cocoons NX passengers in premium materials and comfortable seating. The ride is refined and quiet. To its robust suite of standard driver assists the 2021 adds blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. Standard power folding side mirrors are included this year, as well.
Cons: The NX isn’t particularly quick and exhibits lots of body roll in corners. This one hasn’t updated to an infotainment touchscreen yet, either, relying on a center-console-mounted touchpad. The compact SUV’s cargo area trails rivals in volume.
