2024 Mercedes-Benz G-Class: What’s New
All 2024 G-Wagen updates are new available Manufaktur customization options. The G550 gains a new Schoeckl Design package, and black running boards are standard with the model’s Night packages. The AMG G63 picks up exterior paint colors Moonlight White Magno and Kalahari Gold Magno, both previously from the G63 4X4 Squared. That top model receives a new color, too: Sun Yellow.

2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS: What’s New
As with several updated 2024 Mercedes SUVs, the refreshed full-size GLS receives a reworked exterior with a larger grille and air inlets up front and updated taillights. The GLS450 is now standard with 21-inch wheels, and the GLS580 comes on standard 22s. All GLS models feature the latest-generation steering wheel and MBUX infotainment system, which includes augmented reality for navigation. Dolby Atmos, Sound Personalization, and music streaming are standard this year, as are the GLS’ Surround View System with transparent hood feature and the Driver Assistance package, which include automatic emergency braking, evasive steering, and cross-traffic monitors.
The GLS63 receives an updated front bumper and an AMG crest on its hood. These are standard with the Pinnacle trim, but there’s also a new Exclusive trim. Bahia Brown/Black and Macchiato Beige/Black are available upholsteries, and the AMG GLS’ cabin can be outfitted with Brown Linden Wood or Manufaktur Piano Lacquer Flowing Lines trim, too. New exterior options include Twilight Blue Metallic and Manufaktur Alpine Grey paints.
Mercedes’ latest MBUX software runs the infotainment, and all 2024 GLS SUVs come with a 360-degree camera with transparent hood feature. With the Burmester surround sound system, Dolby Atmos, Sound Personalization, and online music streaming are standard. Additional standard content for the 2024 AMG GLS includes the Magic Vision Control windshield cleaning system, heated rear seats, Air Balance package with air purification and fragrance system, head-up display with Mercedes-AMG-specific content, heated steering wheel, augmented video for navigation, MBUX Interior assistant, and an animated AMG logo projector.
Finally, changes to the 2024 Maybach GLS’ exterior include a front fascia with chrome-finished emblems, model-exclusive 23-inch wheels, and new exterior paints: Twilight Blue Metallic, Sonoran Brown Metallic, and Manufaktur Alpine Grey Solid. New inside the baller-est GLS is standard diamond-quilted upholstery.

2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe: What’s New
Mercedes squeezes a bit more torque from the 2024 AMG GLE53 Coupe‘s 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six mild hybrid powertrain. It now makes 413 lb-ft of torque, up from 384 lb-ft. The fastback SUV also gains an AMG Performance exhaust, augmented reality function for the navigation system, a Parking Assistance package, and leather seats that are heated and ventilated in front.
The 2024 AMG GLE63 S Coupe doesn’t receive more output but does land an updated suspension. Cabin air purification, a fragrance system, multi-contour front seats, head-up display, and logo projector are new standard goods for the top GLE. Finally, both GLE Coupes feature a freshened exterior with subtly updated front fascia, headlights, and taillights.
